Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Drive branch-level sales for IT services including Web Development, Digital Marketing, Lead Generation, Mobile Applications, Customized Software, and Designing Services.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve branch revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, key accounts, and strategic partnerships.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to closure.
Team Management & Leadership
- Set up, train, and manage the branch’s new sales team.
- Define sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics for the team.
- Mentor and motivate the sales team to improve productivity and conversions.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching where required.
Hiring & Channel Partner Management
- Plan and execute hiring for the branch sales team and related roles.
- Manage and control hiring costs and operational expenses of channel partners.
- Maintain strong relationships with channel partners to ensure consistent business flow.
- Monitor channel partner performance and optimize cost-effectiveness.
Branch Operations & Reporting
- Oversee day-to-day branch operations related to sales and business development.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and MIS to management.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and compliance standards.
- Coordinate with marketing, delivery, and support teams for seamless execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT Sales, preferably in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of IT services: Web Development, Digital Marketing, Lead Generation, Mobile Apps, Customized Software Development, and Designing Services.
- Proven experience in building and managing sales teams from scratch.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience in hiring, budgeting, and expense management for channel partners.
- Ability to work independently and drive branch growth.
- Languages to be known additionally: Hindi & Malayalam
