Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Drive new client acquisition and expand existing client accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities in IT services including Web Development, Digital Marketing, Lead Generation, Mobile Apps, Custom Software, and Design Services.
- Handle Head Office Sales operations and ensure alignment with overall business goals.
Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage: New Sales Team, Pre-Sales Team & Customer Success Team.
- Set targets, monitor performance, and ensure productivity across teams.
- Conduct regular reviews, training sessions, and performance evaluations.
Pre-Sales & Solutioning
- Oversee pre-sales activities including requirement gathering, solution proposals, estimations, and presentations.
- Work closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure feasible and competitive solutions.
Customer Success & Relationship Management
- Ensure smooth client onboarding and long-term relationship management.
- Act as an escalation point for key clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Focus on upselling and cross-selling IT services to existing customers.
Channel Partner Management
- Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners.
- Conduct partner meetings, reviews, and business planning sessions.
- Travel as required for channel partner discussions and strategic meetings.
Reporting & Strategy
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and MIS for management review.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Provide strategic inputs to improve sales processes and offerings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Sales / Business Development.
- Strong knowledge of: Web Development, Digital Marketing, Lead Generation, Mobile Application Development, Custom Software Development, Designing Services.
- Proven experience in managing sales, pre-sales, and customer success teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and complex sales cycles.
- Willingness to travel for channel partner and client meetings.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in handling enterprise or B2B IT sales.
- Exposure to CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability.
