Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing & Paid Ads
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and ROI; prepare performance reports.
- Conduct A/B testing and audience targeting to improve conversions.
- Coordinate with clients to understand campaign goals and requirements.
Social Media Management
- Manage and maintain social media accounts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create content calendars and coordinate creatives with the design/content team.
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and grow followers organically.
- Analyze social media insights and improve reach and engagement.
SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
- Perform keyword research and implement on-page SEO strategies.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and internal linking.
- Support off-page SEO activities such as backlink building.
- Track website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Prepare monthly SEO performance reports for clients.
Client Management
- Handle and manage multiple client accounts efficiently.
- Communicate regularly with clients regarding performance, updates, and strategies.
- Ensure timely delivery of reports and adherence to client expectations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing & SEO.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and campaign optimization.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and analytics.
- Experience in social media management and content planning.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Manager, and SEO tools.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Basic knowledge of content writing and creative briefing.
- Understanding of lead generation and conversion optimization.
